2. Deliveries
Please allow 4-6 working days for deliveries. All deliveries will be done by THURSDAY.
I try my hardest to have all orders delivered with in a few days but some times it is out of my control and in the hands of the currier.
If you would like the item tracked then feel free to send a number or email and I add my own on so I know when it has been delivered and personally keep an eye on all deliveries to make sure they have arrived timely.
3. Refunds and returns.
If a product arrives damaged feel free to email me at havenwaxmeltsandcandles@gmail.com where I will give further information.
If an item arrives damaged then you will be asked to send photos. Where I will be contacting the currier and all information will be passed over.
If the currier company refuses the refund a replacement will come into question.
If the item has been damaged but still can be used such as wax melts then a discount will be given for your next order.
A replacement comes before a refund, if the item can not be replaced and is damaged beyond repare then a refund is considered.
Refunds are subject to information provided and pictures provided. And can take up to 1 week.
Any longer then 1 week and a personal apology will be given.
Charity-
For all charity donations please send a detailed email with information to realhavenscents@gmail.com along with a phone number and charity number for further enquiries. Due to recent fraudulent activities regarding charities more questions will be asked over the phone and donations are limited to 3 a month and to £30/£50 at a time depending on what this is for.
Only selected charities will be approved e.g local charity, small community charities and fundraising for person/people.
Donations will be made out to the company not a person and Haven scents holds the right to refuse any donations until terms have been met.
Selling products in store-
Any of my products sold to you by a third party is not liable and all questions and enquiries should be emailed to realhavenscents@gmail.com.
If you would like to sell my products in your store. There is three ways I do this.
1.You can buy my products and sell on at any price.
2. I rent space from your store and then collect at the end of every month with 3 monthly replenishing.
3. If you would like to sell on commission then you (the seller) should contact me first where upto 15% discount will be given for orders upto £50 of the same products and 20% after that. You then sell my products earning your money back and then the commission on top.
